TRM For HR Leaders
Total Relationship Management
I understand the challenges you're facing.
You're feeling exhausted, drained of energy.
Despite your efforts, you're struggling.
You're acutely aware of the issues plaguing the organization and its managers.
You're eager to make a difference but often feel unsure of how to proceed.
The weight of everyone's expectations rests heavily on your shoulders.
Yet, despite your best efforts, progress seems elusive.
It's incredibly frustrating.
Let me be candid with you,
You're skilled at offering advice; it's a significant aspect of your role.
I'm not here to develop you into a counselor.
In my view, there are instances where approaching situations solely as consultants might lead to a disconnect with our audience.
Such efforts may prove futile and fail to yield results.
That's precisely why I developed the TRM method.
This methodology enables you to support managers not just by dispensing advice but also by coaching and empowering them.
By adopting a coaching approach rather than solely consulting, you can ignite action and drive tangible outcomes, especially in scenarios where traditional consultation falls short.
This is the essence of what I aim to impart through the specialized course tailored for HR leaders like yourself.
The course will equip you with skills that will benefit you on three distinct fronts:
-
Firstly, you'll gain practical tools for conducting coaching sessions with managers.
-
Secondly, you'll master a method that empowers you to teach managers how to excel as mentors for their employees.

These tools will also enhance your ability to become your own coach, fostering personal growth beyond your professional endeavors.

It is nice to meet you,
I'm Raaya Efrati.
For a decade, I navigated and orchestrated human resources operations within global technology enterprises. Over the past 17 years, I've partnered with management teams and HR VPs in growing organizations, addressing managerial and organizational challenges.
With a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, a Master's in Labor Studies, and certifications from various mindfulness and personal development programs—including the Satya method, MBSR and Buddhism studies—I bring a rich tapestry of expertise to the table.
The inception of the TRM (Total Relationship Management) method stemmed from years of hands-on experience guiding managers. It's a culmination of my fervent desire to share these practices with HR leaders, both for professional application with managers and for empowering managers to replicate with their teams.
My mission is simple: to empower the managers I work with to unlock their fullest potential, thereby driving more impactful outcomes for their organizations.
Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of this approach on both personal and organizational levels, I'm eager to impart the wisdom and insights gleaned from my years of experience, supporting numerous managers along their journey to success.
The secret I uncovered is profound:
Throughout my years of experience, I've realized that the more I invest in my personal development, the more effectively I can understand and support the managers I work with. This insight has led me to a pivotal realization: by enhancing my own self-awareness and growth, I can create a space that facilitates their self-discovery and empowers them to excel in their roles.
This journey is nothing short of a lifelong pursuit for me. I firmly believe that personal development is a continuous journey—one that parallels the ongoing evolution of managerial skills. It's a captivating odyssey, and I'm deeply passionate about sharing everything I've learned and gained along the way with fellow HR leaders who are ready to embark on this transformative journey with me.

I can't explain it, but Raaya somehow magically brought together a fantastic group of professional women in one (virtual) room, every week for two and a half hours, across 10 meetings. The way Raaya managed our professional discussions was spot-on and truly valuable.
The alignment between the course's theoretical model and the discussions during our meetings was exceptional—it was a real case of "walking the talk." This aspect was particularly important to me. This wasn't just another course where they talk about things; it was a course where they actually put those principles into action.
I feel like I left the course with a bunch of practical tools that I use in my everyday work. Thanks to the opportunities for practice during the sessions and in my daily tasks, as well as the chance to bring questions and dilemmas back to the group, I've strengthened my skills and expanded my toolbox for supporting managers in my organization.
I highly recommend it!
